Meet America’s Newest $1B Unicorn
A US startup just hit a $1 billion private valuation, joining billion-dollar private companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, and ByteDance. Unlike those other unicorns, you can invest.
Over 40,000 people already have. So have industry giants like General Motors and POSCO.
Why all the interest? EnergyX’s patented tech can recover up to 3X more lithium than traditional methods. That's a big deal, as demand for lithium is expected to 5X current production levels by 2040. Today, they’re moving toward commercial production, tapping into 100,000+ acres of lithium deposits in Chile, a potential $1.1B annual revenue opportunity at projected market prices.
Right now, you can invest at this pivotal growth stage for $11/share. But only through February 26. Become an early-stage EnergyX shareholder before the deadline.
This is a paid advertisement for EnergyX Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.energyx.com. Under Regulation A, a company may change its share price by up to 20% without requalifying the offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Hey!
This week I did something I've never done before.
As part of UGCRoster's introductory offer, I personally reviewed 200 UGC creator portfolios in 7 days.
I went in expecting variety. What I found was the opposite, the same three mistakes, over and over, across 80% of the portfolios I looked at.
These aren't small mistakes. These are the exact reasons brands are quietly passing on you without ever sending a rejection email.
Here's what's killing YOUR deals right now:
Mistake #1: Your portfolio has no niche signal
Brands don't want someone who can do anything.
They want someone who clearly gets their world.
When your portfolio shows skincare next to gaming next to food content with no through-line, the brand's marketing manager can't picture you in their campaign. They move on in 3 seconds, and they never tell you why.
Fix it today: Make your first 3 pieces scream one niche. Everything else becomes "available on request."
Mistake #2: There's no proof anyone's paid you
A portfolio isn't just work samples. It's a trust document.
No brand logos. No testimonials. No rate history. You look like you've never been hired, even if you have.
Under your best piece, add one sentence:
"This ran as a paid campaign for [Brand]."
That's it. One sentence turns a demo reel into a résumé.
Mistake #3: Your rates are missing or too low
Missing rates means brands have to ask. Asking takes effort. Effort means they'll find someone else.
Rates that are too low train brands to lowball you — and then they tell their friends.
Fix it today: Add "Starting from $[X] per video" somewhere visible. You can always negotiate up. You cannot negotiate up from nothing.
These three things explain why most of the portfolios I reviewed aren't converting. Not because the content is bad, a lot of it was genuinely great. The packaging is what's killing the deal.
This is what's waiting for you on the other side.
1000+ brands actively looking for UGC creators. Liquid Death. Charlotte Tilbury. Ritual. New ones added every week. The brands are there. The deals are there. The only thing standing between you and them is a portfolio that doesn't make them scroll past.
Want me to audit yours personally?
I'm doing portfolio audits this week for every new UGCRoster trial that starts.
Start your free trial, send me your portfolio link, and I'll go through it myself and tell you exactly what's costing you deals. Not a checklist. An actual breakdown of YOUR portfolio, from me.
And while I have you…
Something is dropping inside UGCRoster next week that I'm genuinely excited about.
Automated outreach. On autopilot.
You connect your email, set your targets, and UGCRoster sends 100–200 personalized outreach emails to brands every single week without you touching your laptop.
It learns what's working, improves with every send, and runs in the background while you focus on the actual work.
None of our competitors are doing this yet.
If you want early access when it drops, reply to this email and say "outreach", I'll make sure you're first in line.
— The Team, UGCRoster
P.S. Already requested a portfolio audit from us this week? Yours is going out today.
